I’ve used hertz services two times and the two times I’ve had really bad experience with them! They’re cars always smell like cigarettes yet they always state” no smoking in our cars”. The communication here is horrible. All they can say is..” I’m sorry you misunderstood”. Horrible customer service here! Don’t recommend anyone to go here! I returned they’re rental three weeks ago! And I’m still being charged for things that I’m not suppose to!

They refused to let my 4 yr old to use the restroom saying fo to the next door building see if they can let you use it.... Really?.. you don't have a restroom for your customers?....Bad company.

TERRIBLE!! Don’t rent from them. I paid in full 2 months ago and day of trip they had no van after I was calling all week making sure I would have a van for my trip

I usually really like herts. This time Herts did not have the rental available. I showed them my license and they said they could not accept it because it had my dog's teeth marks on it. It's the same license I've been using for the last two years.

Efficient, friendly and made everything easy. Vehicle was better than expected as well.
