Hertz

Very disappointed in having no Gold service at Hertz at Bradley. At this rate, I should rent from a less expensive company. I choose Hertz for service and have been disappointed. Instead, I had to wait in a 45 minute line where there was one employee for Hertz, Thrifty and Dollar. I prepaid, am a Gold member and that earned me nothing.

$400 for ashes in the cup holder? Even smoking next to the car will cost you. The car wasn't THAT clean to begin with. Windshield wipers didn't even work properly. Windshield was dirty. I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Poor customer service. My card was charged an additional 66.00 on top of the 200.00 “hold” the put on my card for using a debit card vs a credit card. Plus the actual rental charge for the car. I called to see why I had the additional 66.00 the young lady was rude and nonchalant saying the system automatically does that when they think the car wasn’t returned. So dissatisfied. Bad experience all alway around.

Our insurance company setup the rental car at this location and told us they were open until 5PM. We get there at 4PM exactly as we walk in door and they tell us they close at 4 and refused to spend the time to give usthe car. We are supposed to have the rental for 3 weeks while our car gets fixed. We called the insurance company and they sent us to Enterprise in Morris. We called Enterprise and they said they'd stay open until we get there. Not a surprise Hertz went bankrupt. I'll never give a penny to Hertz ever again.

Quite easily the worst service in town dont waste you're time
