Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Service was great and quick! Matt and another tall gentleman that I didn’t get the name of assisted me, they did a very good job pointing out details, going over prices, and making sure everything was okay for my ride! I’ll be returning soon. :)

Rental i booked not available. Upgrade availalbe but not really an upgrade. And it was not ready either.nStaff accommodated and did try to please best they could. Problem is Enterprise never holds the car you make reservations for. It is more of a first come status and depends on what is on the lot when you get there.nOther locations have no cars available as reaction to covid liquidated stock.nInconvenience of car rental still better option then air travel!

Follow up on Reserved a full size pickup truck. Truck liner was no longer properly attached to bed. Can't believe they would try and rent a vehicle out that would be a potential road hazard. They refused to get another truck even after I would give them time to get one to the location. Instead tried putting me into a mini van. Update: I contacted the customer care as requested below and was told a manager would contact me. Nobody has even called so I guess customer satisfaction is out the window with these guys. So many other choices that I am thankful for. Was asked by customer care to email them with all the information regarding this issue. Last communication was that a district manager would get in contact with me. Well this appears to be false as well. Not one call, not one email. With this I believe that they do not care about the customer!

Every thing was great. The car was very clean and no problems. Staff is awesome.

Always have the best service. Been an enterprise customer for 12 years and will continue to be. Bourbonnais branch is poster for great customer service!
