The agent we use was more than professional and courteous giving us all the information we needed for the use of Enterprise services as well as showing us the vehicle making sure everything was in its place also receiving text messages from Enterprise how better to use their services and their company and also future uses as well I'm very thankful for their services and I recommend them for everyone go to.

My reservation was on 10am. And when I came here NO ONE wasn’t there!!!! What?!!! Your operation hour from 8 till 5!!! I was waiting 1hour! No one shown up!!! And now I have to go another location, spend my time and take taxi to go there. And if you have any changes like “office doesn’t work because of COVID” put any information on the door.

I enjoy booking rentals from here if you need to be picked up they offer that service but I think only within a few miles of your location and where they are located at. Also Austin, Brian and the all the gentleman there have such great customer service. When I need a specific vehicle their great at getting what I need.

OMG! I can't say enough great things about the staff at the East Dundee location. I rented a Dodge Ram from the location for a long trip to Michigan over Thanksgiving. Once we got back into town we turned in the Ram and left Enterprise. A day later my car had a sensor issue and needed to get into the dealership immediately. Austin, that helped me a few days before, remembered me and made sure the drama with my car wasn't going to affect my weekend. He got me back into the Ram that I rented and I was off. I can't stress enough how grateful I am for him and that he made me feel as I was the only customer that mattered. He was sympathetic and helped me get back on the road within 5 minutes of my arrival. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will forever be an Enterprise customer! -David Gaffke

We did the mobile (self process) pickup/drop off. Their instructions were hit or miss, their recognizing our location was saying you're not close enough when we were standing at the front door. Calling them for assistance was a soap opera. Finally getting someone on the phone was the angel of guidance we needed. Katie was wonderful to get us on our way. Dropping off the equipment was another nightmare doubled because it was after business hours. We kidded ourselves this is like calling customer service talking to a foreign guy named Becky. Avoid the disappointment. Go inside, face to face is time consuming but worth it.
