People have a weird attitude here at this location they sit back and relax like they doing you a big favor for renting a car at this location even tho they have variety of cars in the lot also online the guy tell you they don’t have this they don’t have that option byways good luck with these folks

Terrible service. Didn't have a car, nor did the 3 other locations in the area. Finally brought one from elsewhere. Didn't check out the car with me before they gave me the key. Said my tank was full, but it wasn't. No one was there when I went to drop the car off. The sign in the door said they would be gone from 10:30 to 12, but it was only 10:25... On and on and on. Go to Enterprise. Don't bother with Hertz.

Hertz is the best. I had an issue with my vehicle rented from Midway, brought it to the Hertz @ Marriott. Employee was very customer service focused and made the right call on one challenge we had. Sorry I didn't get his name...2/2 8 am. Thanks again.

Excellent location and staff. Chris K. went above and beyond with the rental. Was painless from start to finish. Made the process easy. Will def be renting from this location again!!! A+++++
