I had a wonderful experience with this Hertz. I had to put my car in the body shop, my insurance company coordinated me getting a car with them. From the beginning they communicated proactively making sure that I understand the process. Once I got to the body shop I called for a ride. Before I was done with the body shop my ride was sitting there waiting for me. When we got back to the shop I picked my car, they disinfected it and I was on my way. When I returned the car the young lady checked me in and drove me back to the body shop. She waited to make sure that my car was good to and I was leaving before she left me there. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

Awful, I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Horrible experience. I didn't want to give 1 star.

My people gets upset and worry when they don’t have a job but gets a job and don’t care to assist the clients properly. Terrible customer service was not informative and I can see why hertz stock is in the dirt. Our people need to get their attitudes in check or go into business for self. She answered the phone poorly too

Convenient location, but service leaves much to be desired. No one here is in a hurry, and if there’s a line, you’re looking at 15-30 minutes to pickup a car. Why can’t Hertz local operate as they do at airports where the cars are ready to pickup and go?

I had to rent a vehicle due to an insurance claim with State Farm. I came to this location due to being closer to my home however this was a huge mistake! When we came to pick up the vehicle it was not ready and was filthy. An employee briefly cleaned out the car(a total of five minutes) before we took the car. After having the vehicle for 5 days, we discovered 4 roaches in the car, fully grown and looked as though they’ve been living in the car for awhile. We reached out to hertz as soon as they opened and informed of the issue, and was informed we would have to drive the vehicle back before they could exchange. We clearly told them they would have to get the car because we are not driving it, requested a supervisor and informed no one available and they were very busy, hung up on twice and put on hold multiple times. Finally informed by manager later after calling again would call back the next day due to them closing for the day. Never received a call back! Called insurance company to inform of this and State Farm was able to call and get the ball running. This was the worst customer service experience ever! Do not go to this location!
