Enterprise Rent-A-Car

While getting my rental was convenient at carmax, the car was on empty and it smelled. Also I still haven't received my deposit yet! It's been 3 days.

I rented a vehicle, spent nearly $500, the car smelled like weed and it was super dirty. I took the time to go ahead and clean it so I wouldn't get charged any extra. Then had to put a deposit down and I'm only getting a partial of it back because I wasnt aware my turn in time was at 12pm. This place is overpriced, go ahead and try avis or budget, they at least clean the car and you will get pretty much the same car for half of the price you're paying here.

I always rent from Enterprise. There is no other company I rent from. The staff is always courteous and friendly and the pricing is unbeatable. I've always had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise.

Walked in and I was able to get set up with a car for a one-way trip back home in a matter of minutes thanks to the helpful service agent

I had a great experience from the stone park IL location. I will definitely be back for my rental needs again. Service was fun friendly and prompt. They even remained open about 10 mins longer to help me seeing I got there right at closing. My rep who happens to share the same birth month just a day before me was exceptionally helpful in reassuring me that she would be there when I arrived. Awesome job Stone Park IL
