A & I Medical Transportation

My mom was transported by this place, please be aware of this business, my mom it's close to her 70's, and was treated very poorly by the driver, when I called the office to complain, the manager was as rude as the driver. never again I'll let my mother ride with this company. this people just care about money, not the service they provide.

My driver was very respectful, I forgot my phone in his vehicle helped and returned it safely to my home, was very caring and definitely following COVID-19 guideline driver was wearing a mask and disinfected the vehicle before entering. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This company came to my house 2 hours early before my appointment started. They pack many people in short period of time. A member of the company sent me over 20 messages to my phone while they suppose to be calling my insurance company. Do not use!

One of the best company around 99.9% on time .they are very compassionate with patients . some they don't understand we cannot go in people houses and bring them out !!
