Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I choose this location that is 2 miles away as opposed to the one that is half a mile away from me just because they are great people. Miles is a great help he gets you in and out and feeling very good about your decision with going with this rental company. The only and I mean the only downside is that they don't have a lot and it's kind of hard to find parking especially during snow days. I am and will be a future customer

There was a malfunction in one of the vehicles I had rented over the weekend. When others didn't wanna switch it out the car rental at nearby airport locations due to others being closed. Manager Miles accommodated me as best as he could and respectfully apologized for the others actions. I've been renting vehicles at the Brookfield location for quite some time and Mr. Miles always makes sure my reservations go accordingly.

I love Enterprise but was not very happy with the one in Bollingbrook.nI had a reservation with the insurance . When I tried to call it took over 20 minutes for them to even answer. Maybe short staffed.nWhen I talked to them they had a minivan. I was to get a smaller car. By the time I got there, they decided to clear a car that was sitting there from another state. Great.nWhy I only am giving 4 stars is because the place was dirty. The employee was filling in and was nice, but not as nice as I am used to from Enterprise. Which I have used even out of state. Also, the car was sanitized but not vacuumed. He said they don't do that.

Very helpful and professional. I would definitely rent again from this location.

Brookfield Enterprise was so easy to deal with. I made my reservation online and was running late about an hour or so and they called me to make sure I was coming bc someone was trying to rent my reserved car. My car was in the body shop and I had to extend my rental about a week and they are like no problem and extended my rental so fast. Thank you Enterprise Brookfield.
