*updated*. Reserved a car online. Got to the countryside location. Both agents on phones, nose deep into their personal lives. Joe looked up and asked what he could do. They put me in a bigger car which I didn't ask for, than the next day I had issues with the car. Kept calling office-no response. The entire week I had nothing but problems and even customer service stated they were unable to help since this was this locations doing. Since than I was promised a free rental, never got. Was told I'd get a letter in the mail, never received. I keep calling to speak to Max who never seems to be there and yet he can never return a phone call. Pretty lousy management team.

A business should be open during their advertised hours or at least during the hours posted on the door.

This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim and this Hertz location was very helpful with my rental all the way through. They helped by picking me up from the auto body shop where I left my car and even dropped me off when I needed to pick it up. Great service!!

Put me on hold for 30 minutes. Clearly forgot they had me on the line. When I arrived at 5:00 they were closed, door said they closed at 5:30, website says 6:00.
