Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The location is great, the selection of cars is very good. Some team members at the location are what make it terrible. I’m my most recent rental, one agent made a routine rental a miserable experience. This particular agent treated me as if any effort on her part was a favor. She was rude, careless and did the absolute bare minimum. A different agent ended up helping me and he was great, and made sure I was able to make it out on time. I will have to look at other options in the future. I’m not sure I can return there as long as that first agent is still there.

Gave me a unsafe car to travel to Texas in with my 10 year son. The front brakes are grinding the front tires are no good. Passenger tire dry rotted so bad falling apart. Been in Texas trying to get a hold of Enterprise headquarters for the last 2 days and nobody has contacted me back worst car rental place ever. A great agent from Enterprise named Chris got me in a safe car for me and my son to drive back to IL in. If you are looking to rent a car I would definitely get a hold of Chris top notch employee.

Update 12/8/2020:MESSAGE ME TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I WAS GIVEN A CAR WITH ALMOST NO OIL IN IT!!!!! I dont know WHAT'S going on with this branch. They used to be great to rent from. Now, not so much. High rates, RUDE employees, DIRTY cars, cars that are DAMAGED, cars that REEK, and they don't even pick you up anymore so what really sets them apart from the other rental car companies? Nothing. Absolutely ZIP. I've been renting from them since 2013, looks like I need to change it up.n*****************************nBelieve it or not, I use this location as a benchmark for any other Enterprise office that I rent from. From the managers to the associates to those who help maintain the vehicles, this location is the best hands down. The only other office that comes close to friendliness and excellent service would be the Greenville airport location.

Busy place. Employees were courteous and efficient. Didn't get the car I wanted but I did get a car. Car was clean and ready to go. Did all my paperwork via the app and only had to pickup the keys to get on the road. Not bad all in all.

Chris goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Definitely recommend
