Enterprise has gotten better since the pandemic began but I would hope that they take a little more pride in the overall product that they are attempting to deliver to their customers. Being greeted with a smile and a polite conversation does not erase the uncleanness and sometimes down right nasty condition of their vehicles. The best 5 star restaurants in the world can not welcome you into a luxury upscale location and serve you a $250 steak on a dirty plate at a table with filthy table cloth! If you need to stop renting to people who brings your vehicles back dirty and nasty then so be it.

Everyone's always super friendly, cars are always clean, never had any problems n I've been renting a car from here pretty much monthly for the past year. Definitely recommend ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01

They called and pushed my rental back 10 minutes before i was supposed to come get it i was around the corner from the place and they told me because of some young driver policy i need liability insurance... I’ve rented from them before and everytime i rented it was always something wrong.. I’d recommend not using enterprise at all..Their policies are trash and they are unprofessional..

We needed a car in a pinch since our SUV was in for body repairs.nEnterprise met us at the repair shop with our rental promptly.nThe Enterprise agent, Casey, was VERY courteous, very professionalnsuper helpful and very accommodating. I must also add that he isnindeed a valuable asset to the Enterprise Rental car companynthat is located in Steger Illinois.

I don't know why enterprise is not allowing patrons inside their facilities. 3 or 4 people are standing in this scorching heat being attended to by one attendant. No seats and no shade. So the wait is longer. That's not customer service. The attendants are nice enough, it's just not a pleasant wait at all. And this is happening across all their facilities. Not a good look.
