Placed an order for table and chairs to be rented. I never got a confirmation call before the date and never advised that they will close at 12pm the day of. I arrived at the small establishment the day of my sons birthday party to pick up equipment at 12:30 to see they were closed. After calling numerous times I got an answer and the owner told me we’ve always closed at 12 pm for years. As a first time customer I found his response very unprofessional. I’ll never refer or support again.
