Three weeks after my rental, no refund received. I called three times and no satisfaction. Already cost me additional fees for my account. Just unacceptable.

Enterprise allowed me to reserve a car from this location while it's closed due to covid19. No information at all after I booked, came here for nothing. Called mainline and got directed to prospect location. Wasted me an hour.
