The person staffing the office was very personable and helpful. He got us right into the kind of car we were looking for, and explained the policies regarding the gas tank, etc. Very efficient and friendly service.
Brett and Oscar are great :) the Cadillac I had for two days was in amazing condition and was so fun to drive! They picked me up and dropped me off. So convenient!
Originally booked car with another company because it was cheaper. Totally got screwed by other company, rushed down the road toEnterprise and was out the door with an upgraded SUV in about 30 min. Worth a few extra bucks to be treated like a human. I wish I could thank the girl who helped me out when I was in a rush but I don’t remember her name. She was fantastic! Bye bye forever other company!
Due to recent rise of thefts, Enterprise was not doing debit cards just credit cards. I only had a debit card. “Snow” was so helpful in NOT leaving me stranded in Orem, Ut. They were able to get my return flight info which showed I’d be flying out of state to return home not driving. We had a fabulous stay and were able to do the things we wanted to do. Thank you Orem Utah Enterprise. You did me a solid!!!! Grateful.
