Juan seems to know just what makes businesses truly succeed. He makes you feel like you are his one and only customer and of course his favorite customer. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had the best car for our needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else to rent a car. He earned my loyalty!
Juan was AMAZING!!! He searched high and low to get us the exact car we were looking for and totally delivered! We’ve rented there many times and will definitely be back time and time again!
Chris and Juan took great care of us, even though they were running on a skeleton crew. They shuttled us from the airport to another and even offered a more spacious upgrade for our trouble. Never opposed to extra leg room! The car was moderately clean, but definitely some room for improvement.

Juan is great. I landed in Provo UT without an advanced booking for a rental car. There were no cars available on that day. Juan was the only person working on that day. He was managing two shops on that day.
He said after 1 p.m. he would be going to the other shop and he can provide a vehicle from the other shop. I was waiting and making some calls to find out the availability of cars with other rental companies.
Fortunately one customer walked in to return a truck - RAM. Juan immediately cleaned the vehicle and gave it to me. I really appreciate his customer service going above and beyond attitude. Thank you Juan.
Rented a car from budget, the car worked well so no complaints there but I returned the vehicle 2 days earlier and they still charged me for the full rental without giving me credit for returning the vehicle early.
I called the customer support number but all they said is there isn’t anything they can do to help me and I should have rented the vehicle for less time. Really Budget Rental should change their name to “Bud get real, it’s always the customers fault so we don’t have to pay you back”.
