Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently totaled my vehicle early in the morning, and my insurance had made my reservation for a car from enterprise and as soon as 8am came around they were calling me about a rental. They even picked me up and were absolutely amazing! The Ottumwa, Iowa locations employees were the best, they were very caring and answered all of my millions of questions. I will definitely be going back for all future rental needs!

Both times I have reserved a car rental online. I have been called and told that they don't have anything available that there is a wait list. And they have waited til the day before I was set to pick it up

Staff were great to work with. Vehicle rented was great for our trip. Nissan Rogue Sport is a great vehicle for a long drive not only for comfort but also gas mileage. I recommend the Ottumwa, IA Enterprise for all your rent-a-car needs.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is so easy to work and they have everything ready for you when you arrive. They make renting a vehicle easy and I appreciate that. I have rented a car from them each and every year to take on vacation. Would highly recommend!!

They were very friendly and helpful! Was a bit upset that I only got part of my deposit back because the original return date was changed and then the manager wasn’t clear about when it would need to be back to not incur another day.
