This location and its employees were great. They checked me out and back in quickly. They were friendly and courteous and really seemed to enjoy helping the customer!
Making a reservation is easy but availability online and at store are totally different. When I make reservations beforehand , I still have to wait for a car and it’s usually not what I made a reservation for. It seems that the manager only likes to accommodate people she knows or are familiar with. This enterprise is by far the worst I’ve dealt with and I hate that it’s the only one in Prattville, Al.
It was great service, but the $300 deposit on a debit card was a shock but it is returned once you have checked your rental back in.
I love this place! Best customer service anywhere. They put me in the greatest SUV I have ever driven. This trip is the first time I didn't want to turn in the rental. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!!!!
Safe friendly staff made sure my safety against covid 19 was protected.. all staff wore masks and some wore gloves... and they REQUIRE all customers to wear masks as well... so I felt Safe.. thanks
