I won’t rent from enterprise rental again. Customer service was not up to par at the Birmingham Shuttlesworth International Airport. Communication and customer service needs to be addressed with employees at that location. I upgraded to a standard vehicle due to bonus points and was given a Corolla. Myself and my sister told that person it was too small and we needed something bigger. Instead of giving me a standard vehicle I was given a full-size vehicle which I didn’t know at the time. We were just ready to get to our hotel. The salesperson should’ve communicated to me that it was not a standard vehicle and it was an extra 11.00 per day.

For the most part, Enterprise has provided very good service. However, the last two times I rented a car from them at the Birmingham Alabama Airport I have had minor issues that should not have occurred. 1. On both rentals they did not take the time to go over the operation of the vehicle. I am old school and these newer vehicles have a lot of bells and whistles I am not used to. On this last rental, the seat was all the way back and I could not find how to bring it forward. Had to go back into the booth and have a guy show me how to adjust the seat. This could be a safety item and should be checked with every rental. 2. The last rental there was a drop box for the car key when returning after hours. This time, I returned the car at 3AM and there was not drop box, no slot in the door to put the key through, nothing. I ended up taking the key to the enterprise counter in the terminal and leaving it by the phone. Minor items I know, but still they leave a less than stellar impression of how enterprise takes care of their customers.

Picked up the car in Birmingham AL dropped off in Panama City FL. Very nice car, new with only 650 miles. Very courteous folks on both ends, easy as pie to drop off. Rate was very good and the drop off fee was under $20. Unheard of. I will use again!

I would like to thank Assistant Manager Corey Ransome. I flew out out to Birmingham for my mother funeral. I was treated kind and Corey put my in a nice Jeep. The experience made life so much easier. Thanks and keep up the good work.
