When I arrived at Hertz to pick up my car, there were no vehicles available. No attempt was made to contact me before I arrived. The Hertz location made no attempt to check other locations for availability. I was simply told no cars had been returned and there was nothing they could do. What is the purpose of having a reservation and paying upfront? This was completely unprofessional.
Prepaid for reservation and when I went to pick it up no cars were available. Honestly just go anywhere else. They didn't even care at all. And they couldn't refund at location. So I had to call customer service which took 45 minutes otherwise I would have been charged $100 to cancel for something that wasn't my fault.
The staff were great there are not enough stars to give them they made my rental experience great the 2 gentleman were great I commend them .The beautiful lady that helped me upon my rental return was beautiful as well as so very helpful I give her 100 stars she is great and has the most beautiful smile
The reservations does not pull up for other cities. If your rsvp is incorrect call the location on rsvp. I had trouble because of this mistake by adjusters. But once i arrived at the downtown Birmingham location the process was smooth.
