Very unprofessional! I would not recommend them to even handle my dog! No remorse, no sympathy...all they see is dollar signs. If you have a love one that you really care about please do not use them. They are pathetic!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THIS FUNERAL SERVICE! THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR LOVE ONES! ALL THEY SEE IS $$$$! I SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES, HOWEVER I DONT SUPPORT THIS ONE! TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE TO GOODSON/IRVING IF YOU ARE IN THE CALHOUN AREA!!! THE OWNERS DONT ANSWER CALLS/TEXT!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE EVEN RUNNING THIS SERVICE!

I had to share my thoughts with you about my experience with Anniston Funeral Home. We just laid my mother to rest on 3/2/19. It was such a pleasant and peaceful time. They did an exceptional job, and made us feel loved and appreciated. We were coordinating the services from out of state and they did everything to accommodate us. Each one of the staff members left us with a feeling of comfort and peace.nThank you all for your loving kindness. We truly understand why we were led to choose you! I want to thank the staff for going to extra mile. They ensured that my wife had a wonderful home coming. Not only were they very proactive, but they went the extra mile to ensure we were pleased with every step of this difficult process. Thank you again for the caring and compassion you showed... It is good to know that there are places still out there that do not perform business with a hand shake, but with a hug.

They truly do not care about customer service or the family. I called 8 times leaving messages twice in a 48 hour period. Never returned my call. When my family got to the church, visitors were allowed to sit in pews and family members, my great aunt’s grandsons their spouses, granddaughter, great nieces and nephews had to stand while random people who were not family members were not asked to get up per protocol and allow family members to sit. Second relative to use their services in 8 months and I just keep asking why. If it was possible to give zero stars after the service today, I would.
