Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently rented a premium suv from Enterprise and the service I received was excellent. Chelsea was my agent. I was recovering from knee surgery and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. The service I received was so exceptional, I went ahead and reserved a vehicle for our vacation next month. If you are in the Anniston area and need a rental, call Chelsea at Enterprise! I was in enterprise and Saw the Hannah harbin lady in enterprise she is very rude each enterprise employee that was in there did everything in their power to help her an satisfy her. she was very rude and very unprofessional she even cursed at the employees at enterprise. This place is a joke! Ansley White & Melanee Summer are not professional at all! I was told last week my rental would be ready today at 8:00am & it WAS NOT!! This didn’t only make myself late to work but my mom as well. Ansley asked Melanee to go pick up the vehicle from Firestone... My rental was suppose to be ready. I even let them know LAST WEEK it needed to be ready due to me having to get to work. Then Melanee gets back with the vehicle from Firestone & it is filthy. The vehicle was not clean or sanitized.

Called to rent car, when I arrived it was ready for me. I didn't even stay longer then 5 Minutes and was out the door in the rental car. Fast and polite service all the way around. The price was very reasonable as well. Will use them again for sure
