What a great place to work with! Leah was great to work with in getting me the car rental I needed after wrecking my car. Shawn helped get my car repaired even though it was going to take two months to get one of the parts. Still was able to get it to me two weeks early. The paint job on my car was fantastic!! They both went above and beyond what was expected and did their best to make this transition as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend using Mineola Paint and Body for your car rental needs and/or your body work. I will not hesitate to do so if I ever need their services again.
Mineola Paint Body & Car Rental is a family owned business that truly cares. They accommodated all of my request, answered all of my questions and was extremely genuine.nI rented a standard car and the rate was very affordable and they even sent a very kind driver to pick me up. I had reached out to two other rental companies and they did not offer the pick up service, which I honestly needed. Because of them I was able to attend my Grandfathers funeral. I recommend their 5 star service and I would use them again. The car was very clean, everything looked brand new, no odors or mechanical problems & had blue tooth. The Nissan Sentara had less then 30,000 miles.
My car needed a little body and paint work due to someone hitting my park car, a friend suggested this place, great customer service, got me in and out, fixed it to where you cant tell its been hit, and detailed my car. Highly recommended.
