First of all I’d like to say I’ve used this particular Enterprise location many times in the past and had great experiences. However recently I reserved a truck because my work was sending me to a very rural portion of Oklahoma and Arkansas. I was assured on the phone I could get the pickup on the date and time I requested. Upon my arrival I was told no trucks were available but one could be there in a couple hours. I explained to The Enterprise employee I need to leave now to be in Tulsa by 1PM. No solution and only vehicles available were sedans, mini van and cross over. I settled for cross over and was unhappily on my was 1 hour late.

I'm going to tell everyone not use Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had the worst customer service ever from this place and I'll never use Enterprise again! I'm a Navy vet who doesn't have a car. I had to go to a doctor's appointment several miles away. I had family help me pay for the vehicle are there website and then they told me that I couldn't have the car and I need you to go to the doctor's appointment which then I couldn't make it to and had to reschedule. It's very hard to get appointment with the VA these people just don't understand.

I can't remember the name of the young woman who helped me today, but she was so helpful. My dog and I were passing through to go home when someone hit us. My car is absolutely wrecked and my dog and I walked here to rent a car via my insurance. The woman was so compassionate and nice and gave my dog some loves too which I think she appreciated after the ordeal from about an hour beforehand. You've got a good one, here!

Horrible customer service. Had to go to Ft. Worth to get vehicle. People in this shop are the worst I have run into. Did not return calls. They were short when on phone. Returned car to Decatur store. They charged my credit card for a key replacement. The key I got with the car is the one I turned in. No one called, just charged credit card and I guess they were expecting me to just pay it. When confronted the guy on the phone was unprofessional and rude. Also refused to give his name and or managers name for over ten minutes. Rent for enterprise all the time and this is hands down the worst experience. Lucas should find a new line of work where he is not in contact with others.

The Nissan Sentra that I had to rent for 2 weeks wouldn’t start several times. After trying multiple times it would finally start. When I asked about it I was told that is a common problem something about a brake switch making it where the car doesn’t think you are pushing the brake. I suggest taking the Nissan’s out of the Enterprise rotation. Very frustrating when you rent a vehicle and some days it doesn’t start. The employees at this enterprise where very helpful I have no issues with them.
