Sheila was incredible - we were extending our trip and the car we originally had needed to be dropped off at another location. Not only did she let us drop that car off while picking up the new rental at her location m, she noticed we were wrongly charged the class of car and took it off of our bill. She saved the day again when we called to extend yet another week and did this over the phone within a minute! Thank you so much!!!

The customer service here is outstanding. I have rented from this location three times in the last couple of months and the manager, Sheila, has provided excellent service and individual attention every time. Its a very central location too, just off Mopac. Highly recommended!
Super disappointed! I reserved online with debit card, they charged my card in advance for the insurance but at the time of pickup the employee at this location said she couldn't take my card, company policy.... Said they couldn't take my debit card independent of my balance or ability to pay a deposit. They won't return the money for the insurance. It feels like Avis was/is super dishonest...... I went to Enterprise.
Super easy and quick.. Will always come back! Always have some type of problems with other rental places!
