Shelia was so helpful! We had to go to 3 different locations today because the car we got from the Budget in the airport was shaking on the highway. She hooked us up with a very nice mini van. Far and away the nicest budget in Austin
The people that work there are so nice and very helpful.
Sheila - the owner - makes the in and out process quick and hassle-free. The place has the air of a small, family-run neighborhood facility -- quite unlike the usual impersonal corporate feel of most rental places.nnI ordered a Ford Escape and fully expected to be told they did not have it and would have to shift me to another car. But Sheila had the Escape ready and waiting,nIt provided a great smooth ride for my long trip to Norman OK.
I rented a car from here in March. It was a last minute rental due to a cat accident I'd been in that day. The customer service was excellent. The lady at the counter that day got me in and out of there very quickly. The return process was just as pleasant. Thanks for the great service.
