Horrible representation of enterprise. Misleading customers and you don’t even get a receipt until you return the car. So you don’t even know the details of the charges until you return the car. DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR BRANCH. You will definitely regret it.nSpoke to the Manager of the location and he took no responsibility at all. Worst service ever. I reached out to corporate office and they stated a couple of days to get a call back from upper management. Horrible customer service.ntried several times to get in touch with corporate office to only be told they will call back but never do. worst company ever and worst reps at the location. i hope they all lose their jobs and close that location for the fraudulent occurrences that are happening. Corporate does not care nor will they investigate. I truly recommend to use any other company than this one.

To me nothing is more important when dealing with travel providers like airlines, car rental agencies, and hotels that the organization's employees are honest. Sooner or later a traveler is going to make a mistake and leave something valuable behind. In my case, I left my company iPhone in the console of the Enterprise rental car. The employees found it and more importantly noticed it was out of battery and charged it up. The reason they did this is to make sure when someone called that phone they would be able to get the message back to the owner. Sure enough one of my associates called my company iPhone, Enterprise answered, and told them to get the message to me that they had the phone. That associate called me right away and I was relieved to say the least. That's pretty darned awesome!

This is our first time renting a car and Sam over at enterprise Lakeway made our experience so easy and so fun! He is super nice and personable! I would highly recommend requesting him, if you need a car!

I rented a car for a week at Enterprise. The experience was great. It was easy to make the reservation on-line. I went to pick up the car and within a couple of minutes, I was on the road. All the paperwork was done electronically through e-mail. I returned the car after they were closed but they had a key drop box which made returning the car very easy. I highly recommend this car rental location.

Spring Break rental. Decided we wanted a roomier SUV driving up to Colorado for skiing while having our regular worked on for maintenance. Looking at many other rental places around, this one had a high rating. It definitely warrants a high rating. I've rented from a few rental places and this was by far the best.
