Car was perfect, but we had to drive 50 miles to get it. We reserved one at our Paris, Texas, store, but when we went to pick it up, they didn’t have one for us.
The people were nice and polite and also very helpful and professional.
Set up the rental over the phone. All was ready for a quick and easy confirmation and pick up of nice ride. I was on my way to a meeting and a delay could have been embarrassing and costly. Thanks to the local manager I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Thanks Enterprise!
Made arrangements to rent a truck from ERAC in Mt.Pleasant, TX after the Longview ERAC failed to honor a reservation that I made a week earlier. The responsiveness of the woman in Mt. Pleasant was remarkable. She was professional, courteous, and well mannered. It is always good to deal with a woman who is not an immature girl without life experience. The same applies to men with adolescent tendencies.The truck was clean without damage. I plan on bringing a gift back for the agent in appreciation for her assisting me. Very happy.
