Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I walked in and was able to rent a Cargo Van without a reservation. The price they gave me was even less that the price I had seen posted on the website.nI would highly recommend them!

Awesome customer service. They were quick, very polite, and super helpful.nExtra thanks for them being so great on such short notice, AND being so close to closing!

A great location to rent a vehicle from. Not too many choices to pick from but it gets the job done.

Another, sub-par customer service experience. Had a reservation scheduled for 2:30, arrived at 2:45, and waited until 3:30 to drive off.nnThis location talks the talk; however, it does not come close to walking the walk. Seriously, what's the point of making a reservation for a specific time, only to wait an hour?nnI rent several times from this location, due to work; on average, 7/10 rentals, I have waited 30 min. - 1+ hour for a vehicle. Yes, I get it, they rent the vehicle that is suppose to be back at at the time of my reservation. However, several times, there have been similar sized cars of my reservation on the lot (not in the prep line). Other times, my reservation size is not ready, but there are several next sized up vehicles ready. If, after waiting for 20+ min. for my SCHEDULED reservation, then you should offer a vehicle that is ready to go. Allow the customer, to choose, NOT make the customer wait.nnPersonally, I will not use Enterprise again. Professionally, I'm going to see if there are other options.

I was truly hurt by what I experienced on today. Just know if I write a review it’s so no one will EVER have to go through what I’ve experienced. What happened to Good Customer Service?nnSo I arrive in the parking lot of Enterprise around 4:30 and my return time was 5:00 but I struggled with driving up to the building becuz there was so much snow. I tried for about 10 minutes to get as close as I could without a shovel but due to the snow the tires was just spinning so I thought to myself just walk to the building and surely someone will assist you.nnI go inside and tell Cody and Mike that due to the snow I can’t pull the vehicle up any closer. They tell me to go back and try becuz due to being under contract or whatever term they used, they couldn’t assist me. So I walk back outside with Cody and he didn’t want to go but I insisted that I couldn’t do it so he walked with me. I got in the vehicle and it just wouldn’t move due to how high the snow was in the parking lot. I asked him if he could do it? His response is it’s under contract with you. My response was If I’m in the parking lot and I’m dropping it off a few minutes before the arrival time, you can’t help me?nnIt took my tears and explaining how hard it was to make it there due to the road conditions for him to say okay give me the keys. I had no clue on how to make it close to the building. My logic was “Thank God I made it in the parking lot” never would I have thought when I entered the building that I would meet two people who just didn’t want to assist me. If the vehicle is still under me, why not check me in and release it from being under me and assist me with parking the car? Customer service just went out the window, I was so hurt becuz you have two people there that could’ve assisted me...people do it for strangers all the time.nnAfter giving the keys to Cody and explaining how disappointed I was Mike walks up and they both try moving the car and struggle doing it. I wanted to ask how do you think I could’ve did it if y’all are struggling? Next time, why not saying Ma’am let me get you checked in and I see that you made it in the parking lot, we’ll move it closer to the building when the weather permits or just move it to a safe distance from the building. It don’t cost anything to treat people right especially when you see what they’re up against. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! I can’t say I’ll never go back to the company becuz this is the first time I’ve EVER been treated like this by enterprise employees. I paid too much money to be talked to the way they spoke to me and it shouldn’t have took tears for them to assist me. I will be contacting corporate and whoever else. My experience was Unacceptable!
