I recently rented a vehicle for a vacation at the Morehead, Kentucky, location and the people were very friendly, professional, and courteous. The vehicle that I rented was a Ford Expedition and it was a great vehicle. It had all the bells and whistles.

From start to finish I recieved excellent customer service and had a great and friendly experience.
Everyone is very friendly and professional , availability is good, the choices are also good , the vehicles are in excellent condition, all vehicles are cleaned and disinfected very well
The staff was super friendly and prompt. I wasn't informed about the deposit prior to renting which could have created a problem but I got that worked out. The only other problem was the interior of the vehicle. Someone had splashed coffee on the roof part of the car. It wasn't cleaned before being rented to the next customer.
