Typical great customer service, but a significant wait to get a vehicle even though I did my reservation days in advance. Also have noticed that they typically dont have the class I reserve. Nice to get the free upgrade, but I specify compact for better gas mileage and end up spending more on gas. All things considered I will return to thos location. Would have been 5 star except for the ling wait to get in a vehicle.

Not exactly happy with my experience as a whole. Only reason they get three stars instead of one is because the vehicle was good. I was not made aware of the security deposit (I've never rented a vehicle before so I had no clue). I even showed the people helping me the emails I received and not one mentioned a security deposit. After a trip to the bank to put money in my account, because they won't take cash, I finally got my car. I get in and notice it doesn't look very clean at all. Nothing major, just obvious whoever cleaned it didn't do a good job. So now I had to clean it before I take my trip. It was just one big stressful headache for me the day before I left on my trip. I will say the car did great and had no mechanical issues. Upon returning the vehicle, I received my security deposit back in three days. I can say I will most likely not use Enterprise against should I ever need to rent a vehicle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their service was fairly quick. And, we loved the free upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler because this location didn’t have the smaller car we wanted available. The only downside was that the spare tire on the Jeep was not fully inflated. Fortunately, we didn’t need to use it. They went to inflate the spare as soon as I brought it to their attention. We will definitely return to this location.
