Friendly courteous staff clean car. However they did not ask if I had any special needs in my Rent-A-Car vehicle.
This place is a circus. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE. I could write two pages but I'll save you the time.. go somewhere else lol.
This is not necessarily for the Rockwall location as much as enterprise as a whole i was in a accident in Rockwall my insurance company set up with enterprise and after being on hold stranded at the intersection where my car was total out for over a hour a kind lady saw me walking and gave me a ride to the Rockwall location I enter gave my information they said I owed a balance from 2018 of 97 bucks and I'm on the do not rent list so even if I payed the balance I couldn't rent one because I'm on the do not rent list now tbey can't give me any information on this claim I owe them but im so ready to go I offered to pay and just get reimbursed when they figured it out and they would rather have stranded in Rockwall the trying to find a reasonable solution hopefully nobody total any of my cars in the future so I dont have to deal with a company that treats its customers in such a manner
