This location is my absolute favorite. Ricky and the team here always have what I need so I can get to work. They have always solved my problems through all of the diverse issues that I have had including getting blocked in over the holidays. Even after moving and renting from other Enterprise locations, none are like this one! Thank you!
Enjoyed the upgrade to the larger, more luxurious car I got to drive for a couple weeks. Staff at Enterprise always courteous and helpful, albeit somewhat pushy with their salesmanship. All in all a good experience.
Good luck getting a car at any of their locations (other than the airport locations) without a reservation! Both locations I stopped at had one employee working the counter and one pulling out/in vehicles. So when you called, no one could answer. When you showed up, you waited 30mins + with several others, only to find out that they can't help you. They have a full parking lot in the front and back, but no available cars?? Insanely ridiculous...
Great customer service, I was in and out quickly and enjoyed my rental. The price was great.
The people in this office were awesome. Very patient with me and very helpful as well. I will definitely use this office again soon. Thank you very much.
