Was overcharged by $300. THREE HUNDREDD DOLLARS on a trip that was less than $150. Total came to over $450. Called to get it fixed and no one picked up. Will leave as 1 star until/unless it is fixed.nnEdit: No one got back to me about the email, however calling their customer support directly got it fixed. I tried calling this specific location two more times today, and they STILL didn't pick up. I'm glad other people had a better experience than me, but I had a bad experience with their customer service here.
Scott was awesome!!! I had questions about my car rental reservation. Scott took the time to listen and, even though he didn't have the answer to my question when I first called, he wrote down my information, told me he would find out, and called me back later with a satisfactory answer. He's the best!
Scott was a big help with fulfilling my needs for finding me a vehicle! He personally couldn’t help me from his location, but he led me in the right direction and did everything for me! Called me back within minutes of saying he’d have someone call me. Excellent customer service!
Very friendly service limited selection of vehicles at my local venue. Needed a suv and even though there were some located in the return lot I was told all they had was a small compact car avaliable. I'm in a average size town and not that many people fly in on a regular basis there was no way that over 25 cars were being rented on this particular sunday afternoon. I reluctantly took the compact car that was available made my trip which was uncomfortable being crammed into the small vehicle as I'm around 6ft tall. I'm hopeful that my next experience will be better and will be able to acquire a vehicle that is more spacious and comfortable.
