Employees were nice but I had to go to a different location than reservation was set for. The vehicle I rented was filthy ud83dude33. Ease of renting it was good and quick.
Matt was so pleasant to work with. Picked me up at our campground and took me to my car in Waco. Suggested several things to do while visiting the area. Appreciate these guys greatly
Very poor service here. Had reservation for 10am. At noon they said two more hours to get a car ready. Not going the extra mile here.nnTwo hours later. Car still not ready. Wont patronize this location again.nnFive years renting from Enterprise. This is possibly the worst service I have experienced.
Couldn’t rent a car bc I needed a credit card bc my license was out of state. Employees were nice.
They are quick and very polite took care of us when we had a insurance claim for repairs on our own vehicle.
