Very quick and pleasant experience. I even scored a free ride hone after turning in my rental, and VERY quickly to boot. Very pleasant people FYI- CHECK what you willl need to rent from then by asking! You will need a current valid driver's license or state ID card, and a copy of your own personal vehicle liability insurance or comprehensive coverage, whatever you have. You might need a utility bill, rental agreement or lease with the same address you are registering with, particularly if your driver's license or ID has not yet been changed to show your new address! And don't forget about the $200 deposit needed. If you use a credit card they credit or release that deposit very quickly once you turn your rental in.

I made a reservation at the stephenville enterprise which was 2 hours away from home. Only to get there and they tell me they don't have any cars. Why didn't you call me or tell me before I got down there. I am furious.

I had a problem with my rental and nobody wants to fix my problem. I suppose to have a upgrade in my rental, but they give me a small car with problems. I used enterprise always, but this time service and willingness to solve my issue was bad.

Late night rental is never a good idea. Way to expensive for a compact car.

I had hoped that the reviews were wrong. I used this location as it was close to people that I needed to pick up once I was in the rental. I will never make the mistake of using this location again. I will drive to another city before using this Enterprise location again. The day I picked the rental up I got in the vehicle and it had oil service and tire service lights on i went back and told them about the lights the man that was helping me looked in the records and told me it was ok they just forgot to reset the lights after it was serviced. I asked if he was sure as i was about to travel over 300 miles with 5 kids and stated that I didn't want to chance being stuck on the side of the road. Thankfully we made it to our destination without incident, however, the next day we ended up with a flat. It may have been purely coincidental but ive rented from another location made the same trip never had lights and never had an issue. Locations where we were were closed until Monday so we had to air up the tire and go 20 miles away to exchange the vehicle. The exchange location was very friendly and got us taken care of without any issues. We made it back and I was given a discount for the inconvenience while that was nice I can't help but to think what could have happened if I wasn't a person of faith and called upon God for his covering during our trip to our destination. Upon arrival I left my coach sunglasses in the glasses holder. I didn't realize til days later as I only use my sunglasses when I wear my contacts. I called and never got an answer so I returned to the location to inquire about them. Unbeknownst to me i had also left my cell phone holder in the vehicle, that was turned in but my coach sunglasses were not. I was told that the porters don't usually look in the glasses holder so they may have missed them. My thing is if you all are sanitizing the vehicles like you state that you are then how were they missed? As every surface should have been sanitized as there is no way of knowing what i did or did not touch. I am thankful that when I forgot my wallet in a rental that it wasn't from this Enterprise location as it may have vanished as well. With the other location not only did I get it back right away but none of my cash was missing nor were any of my credit cards.
