I just picked up my rental moments ago, and I’m confident my return experience will be equally as nice. The branch manager, Brian Lee, truly helped me out today. I didn’t realize this store closes at 12pm on Saturday, so I arrived to pick up my rental at 12:40ish. Mr. Lee came out to check on me, explained the store was closed, but still let me pick-up my rental. He was very thorough, polite, professional, and jovial even though I extended his work day. I will definitely be coming back to this store for my future rentals.

This was a situation where my wife’s car was being fixed from a car accident and we went through Hertz because of our insurance company having us use them. The car and customer service was fine when picking up and dropping off the car. The manager Brian was very friendly, checked the car, and gave me our receipt saying we owed $0 and that the insurance covered the whole amount. Today (next morning) we saw on our CC we were charged twice for $111 & $75. When my wife called the woman who helped finally found out that the charges will fall off in 3-5 days. Told her that the insurance company extended the rental time yesterday and we were notified the car was due back last week originally. She was not notified and the employee took the attitude that “well you were, your money will be put back, and you will just have to wait” with an attitude of this is how it is so deal with it. Last time we’ll use this place for any reason. We’ll walk around or ride a bike before having to use Hertz for a rental car in this situation again. They knew what happened, didn’t tell us, and could care less that we have to wait to be refunded $200 for their mistakes

Do not ever rent from them. They are a rip off. They do not tell you all the rules before renting you the car. Also I returned the car on a Monday and they charged me for Tuesdays rental and Wednesday rental. Then I received a voicemail stating the car was severely overdue. I call and then they state they are charging me another $400. Then the manager proceeds to school me on their rules that I was never informed of. Never ever go there. I'll will always use Enterprise from now on.

if i could give them 0 stars i would...nNEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! they go through way too many hoops to allow you to rent a car. first if you don’t have a major credit card they will RUN YOUR CREDIT, then it costs $45 A DAY to add an additional driver OUTRAGEOUS!! i went with this company over enterprise cause they were waiving the young renters fee...BIG MISTAKE!! i never have this many problems renting from enterprise. i will never recommend this company to anyone!!

I showed up and expected disappointment given the tiny parking lot and lousy look (sorry!) but was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman assisting me jumped through a few hoops to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted- I enjoyed his manager coaching him from the back, I assume he was on the newer side. I typically rent through Enterprise but with this great first experience, I will definitely consider Hertz in the future! Thanks, y'all.
