I wound up in a pinch, needing a rental on short notice. Enterprise had a call, but the prior multi-week customer had smoked a LOT, contrary to their policy. They were up front about the situation and, needing a car, I said ok. The smell turned out to be much more than anticipated, and without any obligation to do so, both managers apologized and made a much-appreciated adjustment to my account. Good customer service goes a long way, especially when it's not required. Thank you!
Local office did everything they could to fix reservation error made by their website. Ultimately didn't get the vehicle we reserved (full size pick up) but they were able to get us a mid sized. Pick up trucks are the hardest vehicles to rent right now due to their popularity.
Best in town. Would recommend to anyone that is needing a rental. Customer service is top notch, as is the rental and prices. Thank you for hiring such great and caring customer service agents!
We were very impressed by the level of customer service we received. We were taking a cross country trip to see our new grandchild and needed a car that could carry large items. Every effort was made to rent us the appropriate car. We will certainly use this location for future trips.
Pick up and drop off was simple and fast. Car was clean. They upgraded the vehicle at no extra charge which was nice. No surprise fees like I've had with other companies. No complaints at all, great experience.
