We usually have to wait to be assisted at most car rentals but not at Enterprise Car Rental in Edinburg. I called ahead and they were waiting for me when I arrived. It was a very nice feeling to walk in and out in less than 5 minutes. The rep was nice and courteous. He made sure that my questions were answered.
My review is of the Enterprise location in Edinburg, TX (Closner Blvd) The staff at the location were extremely friendly and accommodating. The car provided to me was clean, and while I waited for it, I noticed how hard the staff worked to clean all of the cars. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise and this location again.
It was a very smooth, comfortable transaction. The guys here make you feel important and will answer any and all questions with no hesitation. Wonderful experience!

I have always rented from enterprise for over 5 years now and never have been disappointed. But the other day I would have to say with the covid 19 pandemic and everything going on I had very excellent customer service and felt at ease with everything thanks to Albert. He helped me and my family out so much that I just like to say thank you and let everyone know enterprise is amazing.
