This is the worse place to rent a vehicle I do not recommend this place to anyone..., the front desk person was rude an seem like he did not want to be there. I had a reservation for a truck when my husband got there with our card he said that my husband could NOT rent the truck bc it said “debit”on his card ... keep in mind it was the same gentleman that rented me the same truck in July with no problems and we used the same card, and he DID NOT want to accommodate us with another vehicle. DO NOT RENT VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Have never had a problem with rentals. I always choose budget because they are more affordable. But this last time, my rental vehicle was dirty on inside and out. I had to stop and wash it down because the spots all over windows was driving me crazy! There were crumbs inside. Not what I expected for living in Covid times. Also sprayed lysol all over before my kids got in.
Kyle is always very professional. I rent from this location at least twice a month. The cars are always clean and ready to be picked up. Great job!!!
Worst Customer service ever experienced with any rental car place employee wouldn’t even offered to help me locate a budget rental location that would have a rental car for me since he did it although he excepted my reservation said that something he doesn’t do
I've been to this location several times and have always had exceptional service. My car is always ready to go and drop off is so quick and easy. Great place!
