This is the most unprofessional car rental place I’ve ever used. This is not the first nor second time they’ve allowed reservations to be made with no vehicles. It’s frustrating because they always wait until you get there to let you know there’s nothing available. No courtesy call nothing! There’s a car dealership right across the street. There’s no reason why no contract has been in alliance with them , so these issues won’t happen anymore! Customer service is poor as well. No options. No recommendations. Just “we don’t have any vehicles at the time” ! The only reason I rated it 1 star because zero wasn’t an option!

If I could give no stars I would. The worst experience dealing with this Marshall location. Manager had me take off work at certain time to pick up. Car and when I got there didn't have a vehicle. Didn't care enough to call me before hand to let me know they didn't have a vehicle. Been out of my car a whole week and a half. Enterprise still haven't call me for a vehicle

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, ... I had reservations for two weeks. When I arrived no car. I was sent to 2 other locations no car. Staff does not care. Reservations at Enterprise is a joke. This is my 3 rd terrible experience I will never recommend them to any one. With the service they are providing it will be about 5 years they will not exist anymore.

I've always had great customer care and service at the Enterprise location in Marshall, Texas - Jarvis gets everything right and helps speed you on your way, whether you're picking up a rental or dropping it back off. Jarvis and the other guys there watch after all the stuff I leave behind - I may be forgetful, but I never forget who to call first when I need a car or truck for business travel.

this is the worst place ever!! made reservation showed up no car, went next day still no car. had to go to work (Jarvis) said he would deliver car to Tatum (work) so I can get back home. didn't get a car! had to find a ride! the worst!!
