Horrible customer service. They withhold information over the phone and online then turn you away when you arrive.nn2 years later, booked a reservation, everythung was going fine... and when I went to pick up the car, the office was closed and was re directed to a different location. Here's the kicker, my vehicle wasn't anywhere to be seen! They tried to justify and 'make it up' by offering a different vehicle, their only available vehicle, that did not fit my needs. Needless to say, I walked away with nothing but a loss of my time and a lesson well learnt. Rent-A-Car is a POS run company that is ill prepared to run accordingly.
The salesperson in Deer Park Tx on center street by the name of Paul Lopez is a super person. Paul was very informative and knowledgeable about the policies and procedures of the company. I Gregory Evan's recommend him to anyone, his service is unmatchable and I am always satisfied when I rent a vehicle at this location because of him.
The black lady was very flirtatious on the phone with my husband so he had to recommend me going with him to get the first rental. The second time he felt nagged to get insurance when we have insurance coverage already. Some people need to be more professional and less flirty, and yes this was after he told her he is married. How do I know? Speakerphones dont lie!!!
Employees were nice, however our rental had a thick film over all the windows in the car that wouldn’t come off. You m the mornings it was impossible to see out so we would have to pull over multiple times on the way to work. They asked what they could do to make up for it, I replied with “what options are there” and the girls answer was... “ I don’t know”
Refuse to answer the phone constantly pick up the phone tell me to hold or just pick up the phone and immediately put me back on hold 45 min. Youd think they'd answer. I'm on my fifth welcome to enterprise please hold. All the while listening to treat our customers the way they should be treated. Starting to wonder just what they mean by that
