If you are renting from enterprise clear your schedule. I waited for 1.5hrs to get my rental car.nOtherwise, customer service was pleasant and the people were kind.
We received a different car that we choose in internet. They are in the same category but very different size. The trip was horrible, uncomfortable.
Being a frequent renter, this by far was the worst experience renting through Enterprise. We were left at a Firestone after hours to fend for ourself and a ride back home to Pasadena TX after we experienced two blowouts from something on the freeway. The blowouts happened in Huntsville.
I love the enterprise in pasadena tx. I have been renting from them for a year now. The prices are good and the cars are great.
I recently rented a vehicle from this location and branch manager MJ was amazing! Very knowledgeable and provided me excellent customer service.nDuring a difficult time of your vehicle being in an auto accident MJ made me feel welcome and things alot easier during this horrible time.
