They don't clean the vehicles that well. They like to hide dirt with shine chemicals. I used to be a detailer, so I know what I'm talking about. I guest there more about quantity than quality here.
I love using PV rentals, always use them for all my rental needs. Friendly staff, good location.
This lady tried to charge us a $250.00 smoking fee and neither one of us smoke. Trust me, she didn't get that.
Terrible company to work with i will absolutely not recommend it, i rented a van foe 3 years, latterly paid it off for them and they over charged me for one month. Now they're saying i owe them an additional month and one day even though i have submitted all my bank statement showing that i'm actually been overcharged, what a terrible way to end years of relationship :(
Gave us a faulty van. We drove hours away and stopped for gas..turns out the van didn’t start back up and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere.
