Wonderful service!!!!!! Enterprise is the only place I ever rent a car, because of the excellent customer service!!!!!! Especially the Sherman, Texas site, Wonderful people there, they get you in and out with a car within 15 mins, and the same when I returned my rental car.
Their services are great they're helpful the vehicles are clean. I had no trouble of renting the car or returning it. Thank you
Deposit is a hidden $200 up front fee. I booked my reservation through Priceline and no information given NOR was I told of the deposit at the time of signing. I returned the vehicle within 24 hours of renting. I waited until the next day to call to ask about the extra funds and when I can get them released. The manager was a bit snarky and said that ALL his employees say there is a deposit and I will have to wait on the money to be put back into my account. Enterprise can take the funds the same day, but I have to wait 3-5 days for my funds to be returned. Go figure.
