They never answer the phone really bad customer service.
The number on the website sends you to another country so I thought my reservation was confirmed a day a head but it was actually NEVER taken. I called the next closest location (this one) and they did not have an economy and the fact that they “took” my reservation I asked to speak to a manager. Apparently all women who ask this question is met with “ok Karen” which is what I was told by whomever works at 9:30 am on Wednesday 9/30/20. I have NEVER had to deal with such incompetence from a company in my life and to be called out of my name because I was asking that they make this right is beyond me. Use Budget rental.
I want to give a thank you to chris,i recently had to get a rental and he was very sweet.
I contacted the Enterprise location at 18160 Gulf Freeway, Friendswood, TX 77546 on 1/13/20. I spoke to a male representative by phone, twice that day. I told him the other party’s insurance company made me a reservation. I provided him with the insurance information and confirmation number. I explained to him that I would be responsible for paying until the insurance reimbursed me; however the insurance claim adjuster informed me that I should still be able to pay the insurance rate. The representative then was able to pull the confirmation number and quoted me a price from 1/14-1/21/20 and then told me my deposit would be $50. I informed him that I would pick up the rent a car on 1/14@10:30. Earlier today, (1/14/20), I get to Enterprise., another representative did not see in the system that the male representative had reserved me a car. Then she said my deposit would be $200. I waited till the male representative who I spoke with came in the office and he said he must have mis quoted me. He pretty much acted like he never said it. He went around and around. He didn’t apologize at all or try to work with me. I had to get my vehicle back from the collision center since I didn’t have the deposit. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
