Branch Manager does not have any customer service etiquette. The information provided by the reservations department is not the information you will receive from the Branch Manager herself. When questioned as to why the information differentiated from what the reservation representative stated, she could not explain. When asked to be transferred to another person willing to help, she stated I was being rude for being direct when asking questions as to why the information varied, she hung up. Terrible representation of a Supervisor and lacks basic customer service skills. Reservations department was super helpful though.

Had an EXCELLENT transaction. My local Location was exceptional although there was a couple of problems with the vehicle itself. Enterprise Customer Service took care of it immediately. The ONLY ISSUE was with the two airport locations where one of them admitted they take the phone off the hook so they can not receive call even from customer service. That all he wanted to deal with is confirmations through the computer.

Staff was very pleasant to work with. I originally rented a compact suv but they didn't have them available so that upgraded us for the same price. The rental process was smooth and easy! Will definitely rent from them in the future.

I recently rented a vehicle from Ron Carter Enterprise in Alvin, TX. The process was seamless and they were kind enough to come and pick up, with careful social distancing in the process. Since everything had been uploaded on-line prior to pickup, we were in and out. The drop off was just as easy. Thanks, Enterprise!

We specifically asked for the vehicle we wanted and they got it for us. They were awesome.nThe only downfall was that the vehicle was not washed. The outside looked dirty and the inside was not vacuumed or cleaned out.nWe always bring it to the car wash and have them wash and detail the entire vehicle before we bring it back but this time we didn’t. We brought it back the way we got it. Other than that, it was a good experience even with this pandemic going on.
