I had to get some work done on my vehicle at a local Collision Center who recommended Enterprise for my rental car. Creating my reservation over the phone was easy and they offered to pick me up. When I called Enterprise to let them know I was ready, instead of picking me up the Enterprise representative met me at the Collision Center with my car and made the process so easy by filling out paper work on a tablet. Drop off was just as simple. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a car rental.

Best Enterprise customer service I have ever experienced. Best overall experience I have ever had at any rental car facility. Ivy Bass has an excellent demeanor and was so pleasant and quick. I called 30 minutes before closing to see if she could get me in my vehicle sooner than my scheduled date. She had me in and out within 5 minutes with a clean nice car. I will definitely be going to this location for all my future rental car needs. Highly recommend. Thank you to Ivy for your exceptional support. It is so appreciated!

This is not only the worst rental service I have had to go through a but probably the worst SERVICE I have ever experienced! I had a car reserved over 2 weeks ago and every time I call them to confirm or see if I can pickup my car they “add my name back to the list” and will “call me when they have a car available”nI would never recommend this Enterprise location to ANYone EVER.

I have been using enterprise for some time and have always found them to be top level for customer service. This particular location, in Friendswood, Tx, is particularly strong. I rented a car here while my vehicle was in the shop and found the experience to be as smooth as could be anticipated. The young woman who checked me in was friendly and no nonsense. No nonsense when it came to the document signing. She went through the process like a pro, only better. Definitely going back.
