We booked a pickup truck one month in advance. When we arrived, we were informed it is not available. The manager said he called yesterday, but not even left a message. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.nnOur trip is interrupted. We had to find another vehicle at a pinch. We are disappointed at Enterprise.

Kaylin was the first person of contact and she was very professional and so kind. I’ve rented twice from this location and both times she took care of me. She explained everything thoroughly and always gave me options. Definitely using this location again. I recommend Kaylin she is amazing!

Great rental experience. Maps need to be updated as google and our reservation took us to the Toyota dealership vs the store just north of 59.

This review is for 3 gentlemen at this Enterprise location who each contributed to my having an awesome experience renting here while my car was being worked on at the Toyota dealership. On Wednesday I found out I would need to leave my car overnight at the dealership to be worked on and the Service Manager sent me over to Enterprise to get a car. Two guys were there that day, Jaron and Sikiru, and they were both extremely positive and professional and I was in my car and out of there in literally minutes. On Thursday I came back to drop off the rental and get my own car back and was met by Mike who was working at the counter. Another great dude! Smiling, professional, and got my car returned in minutes. Really nice to have experiences like this in the midst of this crazy time we are living in. Cheers guys. Thank you.
