My experience with Enterprise was excellent the customer service there was amazing I came for a standard vehicle and so if the car wasn't there yet they put me in a larger vehicle and I was so happy with their customer service I recommend Enterprise to all my family and friends they are amazing the car was very clean and sanitize inside and out and the one I go to is in Rosenberg Texas on Avenue H they are my go-to when I need a vehicle for traveling for different reasons whether it's vacation or because my car was getting service so again Enterprise thank you see you again soon

My service experience with Isaiah was exceptional! I had a family emergency, was very emotional and needed a vehicle at the last minute. He was very professional, accommodating, resourceful, and had a load of empathy for me and my family! He took care of everything in a timely manner, met my needs, and had me out with the best service!! He was absolutely a breath of fresh air! I’ve been renting from Enterprise a lot lately due to losing my car in an accident and every time I come in I’m shown nothing but love and empathy from both Jose and Brechelle. They get me in quick and easy and they’re never tired of seeing my face. The customer service is impeccable and they are so caring. I would recommend this branch to anyone. It’s definitely worth the drive!

Apprently it's ok for employees here to hang up when you ask a question, then not answer the phone when you call back several times. Extremely unprofessional and RUDE for no reason.

Staff is very unmotivated don't seem to want to help or please a customer in need. Very eager to get out of doing their job. Very sad selection of vehichles seem to only have SUVS. Or large vehicles to make more money. Customer service is not a priority to this Enterprise. Would not recommend anyone to this sad establishment that fail to go out of their way for a Veteran that was in need of a vehicle with cash in hand.
